We specialize in Performance Automotive Recycling and Rebuilds.
ABOUT US:
We purchase clean title, dealer auction and salvage vehicles from all the major US and Canadian automobile auctions as well as handle import and export of vehicles to and from the US, Canada, Europe and Asia. We always have new inventory coming in each week so please keep checking our site.
We also act as brokers to source specific vehicles and parts for our customers and can facilitate the repairs on behalf of the customer. Please contact us for details.
LOCATION:
We are based out of Delta, BC, Canada but ship US sales from our facility in Blaine, WA. We can also ship overseas. Please contact us for details.
WARRANTIES:
Salvaged Vehicle Warranty
Vehicles sold in damaged condition for either parts or rebuild carry no guarantee from Performance Arts Center. Vehicles are sold AS IS and it is the buyer’s responsibility to check out the vehicle prior to purchase.
Rebuilt vehicles carry a 60 day warranty for work performed. Manufacturer’s warranty may still apply in certain cases.
Auto Parts Warranty
Our auto parts from salvaged vehicles are to be considered Used Parts and are priced as such. Used items are sold As Is. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and photos upon request. Used Engines Warranty
All our engines carry a 30 day warranty if installed by a certified mechanic. Our warranty covers the head and block assemblies only. The ACCS, (fuel system, water pump, manifold, etc.) are not covered. Loosening the head bolts or removing the head voids the warranty. Incidentals are not covered. Timing belts and seals are not covered. We reserve the right to repair, replace or refund at our discretion.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Serious injury or death can be a result of improper repair of salvaged vehicles or installation of auto parts. Follow manufacturer’s instructions PRIOR to working on any auto part/component. If you are not a qualified and/or certified technician, seek the help of a professional.
Under no circumstances shall Performance Arts Center be liable to you or anyone else for any damages other than direct damages, including, without limitation, any liability for consequential, special, incidental, indirect, punitive, exemplary, or other damages of any kind (including lost revenues, profits or business). You agree that the liability of Performance Arts Center, if any, arising out of any kind of legal claim in any way arising out of or otherwise related to the sale transaction shall not exceed the amount of the transaction.
